If customer has special dements, BTEW must organize production according to customer's dements, including technology, production, inspect and so on. During sales, professional personnel do loading, transportation and delivery and we guarantee delivery quality, these professional persons were trained strictly.
For every customer, the marketing Dept. has special businessman and the after-sales person to listening the customer’s suggestions, to investigating the products situations. We set up the customer file. For the telephones, fax and the letters from customers, we would carefully recorded and explain to the customer. For the every feedback from customer, we will handle it in time, notice and communication with the customers till the satisfaction.
